It is a prefabricated, high temperature resistant and hydrophobic insulation material that is composed of expanded perlite and reinforced with high-strength fiber. The first Chinese perlite product that meets the ASTM C610 standard of the United States.
Withstand heavy rainfall (140 mm/h) for 1h, and the water absorption rate is less than 1%. After thermal aging at 650°C, the hydrophobicity is over 50%.
Special anti-corrosion agent with unique formula and technology helps to prevent corrosion under insulation (CUI).
A rigid insulation material with high strength (compressive strength ≥500KPa).
Under the conditions of correct installation, use and maintenance as required, perlite can be used for more than 35 years due to its superior physical strength and temperature resistance.
